BIO
Jim graduated with a Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama and is also a graduate of the LSU Executive Program.
Jim worked for PPG Industries in Lake Charles and West Virginia for 39 years in a variety of roles including 9 years as plant manager in the two locations. He then worked for Lotte Chemical as Site Executive Director for 3 ½ years overseeing the construction, commissioning and start-up of an ethylene and ethylene glycol plant.
Jim currently serves as the executive director of the Lake Area Industry Alliance serving the industries of SWLA.
